Today Akim of the Mangystau region, Eraly Tugzhanov, visited the former Aktau plant of plastics. There is a need to create an industrial zone of the Mangystau region within the framework of the Unified Program of Business Support and Development "Road Map of Business 2020". The main activity of the industrial zones will be aimed at facilitating the accelerated development of private entrepreneurship in the sphere of industry, optimizing the costs of creating and expanding the infrastructure of new industries, increasing production efficiency, and ensuring employment.

The site of the former plant will be used to accommodate small and medium-sized businesses. The zone is created in the form of land plots provided with infrastructure for the construction of buildings and production facilities ready to be leased or sold to entrepreneurs, idle, canned or non-operating enterprises.

At present, about 30 companies have already expressed a desire to start their activities on the territory of the planned industrial zone in Aktau.

The Akim of the Mangystau region, Eraly Tugzhanov, gave specific instructions for filling industrial zones with competitive projects of entrepreneurship and providing the necessary ready-made infrastructure for finished production sites, assigning coordination of activities to the involved structures of the Mangystau region Akimat, "NC" SPK "Caspiy" JSC and "Atameken" NCE (National Chamber of Entrepreneurs). This will give impetus to the development of small and medium-sized businesses, will contribute to the industrial and innovative development of the region and the creation of new jobs.
