According to the Decree of the President the total area of a special economic zone "Aktau Seaport" is 2130 hectares.

Thus in the territory intended for the purposes SEZ, available 7 separate land lots (subzones) located in the territory of area (subzone № 1 – 298,3 hectares, subzone №2 - 490 hectares, subzone № 3 – 194,5 hectares, subzone № 4 – 147,7 hectares, subzone № 5 – 640,4 hectares, subzone №6 – 39,6 hectares, subzone № 7  – 189,5 hectares, subzone №8 – 130 hectares, subzone №9 - 10 hectares).

Construction engineering infrastructure resources of subzones SEZ, is carried out on the basis of technical and economic justification and design and estimate documentation.

Subzones No. 2 and No. 4 

Currently, design and estimate documentation is being developed for the construction of engineering infrastructure and transport and road network facilities in Subzones No. 2 and No. 4.

Subzone № 5 and № 6

The beginning of development of the feasibility report  on subzones № 5 and № 6 is planned for 2017 for further development and building of territories of SEZ "Aktau Seaport".
