1.3 billion tenge was allocated for the implementation of 13 water supply projects.

A regular meeting was held under the chairmanship of Akim, Eraly Tugzhanov, in the Mangystau region akimat. Several issues were considered during the meeting.

On the execution of the republican budget for 5 months of 2018 reported the Acting Head of the Department of Finance Damezhan Yerpanov. Expenditures of the regional budget for the current 5 months were fulfilled for 64 billion tenge or 96.1% (local and republican budgets) for the reporting period (plan 66.7 billion tenge). The total amount of underdevelopment in the region was 194.5 million tenge. Of this amount for targeted transfers from the Republican Budget, 99% is accounted for by savings in the payroll, public procurement and the actual contingent of recipients.

Sapar Amanbekov, Head of the Energy and Communal Services Department, reported on the development of water supply and sanitation systems in populated areas. Water supply in our region is provided from three sources. In 2017, the total volume of water consumption was 44.6 million m3 / year (122.2 thousand m3 / day). On the issue of water supply in 2017, the volume of water demand in the region reached 17.2 million m3 / year or 47.0 thousand m3 / day. By 2020, it is expected that the level of consumption will reach 70 thousand m3 / day. For 5 months of 2018, 100% of the region's cities and 64% of rural settlements are provided with centralized drinking water. For the current year 1.3 billion tenge were allocated from the national budget for realization of 13 water supply projects.

The digitalization of small and medium businesses was told by the Head of the Entrepreneurship and Trade Department Venera Mustapayeva. The main share of the services rendered falls at the Service Center for Entrepreneurs at the Atameken PPP (hereinafter - the SCE). Thus, on the territory of the SCE, the functions of providing services to 13 different financial institutions and subjects of natural monopolies are combined on the principle of a single window for small and medium-sized businesses.

During the whole period of the SCE’s operation, 15,361 clients were serviced under the Atameken Chamber, 32,806 services were provided to them and 1,142 business projects were developed. The national chamber of entrepreneurs "Atameken" created a portal (atameken.net), which is a single window for business. At present, 15 state support tools have been automated in all Atameken Regional Chambers, which can be obtained through the portal of the Atameken NCE, automation of 31 measures of state support is planned to be completed in October 2018.
