BAKYTZHAN SAGINTAYEV HOLDS A MEETING ON IMPROVING THE POSITION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN IN THE “DOING BUSINESS” RANKING

Heads of relevant departments reported on the ongoing work to implement the adopted reforms to improve Kazakhstan's position in the rating of "Doing Business" on indicators "International trade", "Construction permit", "Connecting to the power supply system", "Taxation", "Resolving insolvency", "Getting Credit", "Opening of enterprises", "Registration of property". 

In the ranking of Doing Business-2017 Kazakhstan rose from 41st place to 35th. On February 27, 2017, the fifth package of amendments was adopted to improve Kazakhstan's position in the “Doing Business” ranking. In the period from May 1 to May 5, 2017, the Kazakhstan delegation presented the reforms carried out by the

Government on improving the position at the Bank's World Bank headquarters in Washington countries. Within the framework of discussion of Kazakhstan's reforms with World Bank experts 11 working meetings were held in the context of all indicators of the “Doing Business” ranking.
