Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu suggested holding the following Kazakh-Israel forum in Jerusalem during his official visit to Kazakhstan.
The Israeli prime minister thanked the participants of the business forum in Astana.
"200 Israeli companies are working in Kazakhstan, some of them are presented (on the forum - Ed.). They know that they need to continue to cooperate further.
The most important point is that our relations have been developing rapidly and dynamically. The world is developing fast, the speed of life increases, we need direct flights, easy ways for businesses. We are talking about free trade with Kazakhstan and other countries. It is necessary to remove barriers, improve the competitiveness", - he said.
Israeli Prime Minister emphasized the importance of removing barriers such as bureaucracy, which compared with a stone, overlapping spring.
"I want to say that, when considering
their economic policies, we want as much as possible to remove barriers in
order to increase competitiveness. Still we have to work. Israel has some success, technology, but the
biggest problem - it is bureaucracy. It stifles
opportunities. In addition, if you suppress the bureaucracy, the business
becomes much easier. Let men and women just do their job.
In addition, by executing this task, the Government gets praise and success" - said Netanyahu.
The government of Israel has expressed readiness to assist Kazakhstan in
technological development.
"We had the opportunity to discuss (in Akorda) technology. Every detail is now becoming technologically. And this happens in many ways.
This also applies to agriculture, and security and cyber security, and water resources, and all the rest. In all areas of technology embedded very deeply. People who understand this and can use, will have a competitive advantage. The future belongs to them. We see ourselves as an innovative nation. But, we are proud of the fact that we have partners like you. By becoming our partner, you will be successful too ", - he said.
Netanyahu expressed his admiration for the
development of Kazakhstan over the last 20 years.
"We have many times visited Kazakhstan. Yes, it is necessary to improve
the dialogue between governments, between government and business, because it
is a great opportunity for both countries. We admire what has been achieved in
Kazakhstan. The country 20 years ago was quite different. Now we see what the
potential of this country is. Nowadays, it is a necessary premise for everyone.
Kazakhstan and Israel have different religions, but it is a strong friendship.
This is a good example for the region and for the world, how two completely
different countries might collaborate. Cooperate and make friends. This is a
perfect example for the whole world. I hope that the next conference will be
held in Israel, and we'll see you next year in Jerusalem ", - he
concluded.
Over 400 delegates attended the business forum from the two countries. In particular, 66 companies represented the Israeli part.
