On February 16, 2017, Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakip Asanov, Chairman of the Specialized Collegium for Consideration of Investment Disputes of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aigul Kydyrbaeva met with Chairman of the Board of JSC “NC “KAZAKH INVEST” Saparbek Tuyakbaev.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues on improving the investment climate and creating an enabling environment for attracting investments, and noted that the rule of law and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of investors are among the most important parameters of the evaluation when deciding whether to invest in a country by foreign companies.

The directions of interaction of “KAZAKH INVEST” and the  Supreme Court were determined in order to monitor the satisfaction of the national and foreign investors with the investment climate, develop proposals for its further improvement, taking into account the proposals of the investment community and international experience.
