SEZ "Seaport Aktau" was visited by a delegation of Golestan province, The Islamic Republic of Iran, arrived in Mangistau to familiarize with the activities of companies operating in the region. During the visit, the delegation got acquainted with the scientific and industrial potential of the region.

The delegation included:

• Governor of Golestan province - Hasan Sadeglu; 
  
•  Ambassador of Kazakhstan in the Islamic Republic of Iran - Baghdad Amreyev;
  
•  General Director of the Department of Youth and Sports of Golestan province - Tayeb Bachmann;
  
•  Business leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran;
  
•  as well as other authorized persons  of Golestan province of Iran
  

The delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the territory of SEZ "Seaport Aktau" welcomed by the Chairman of the Board A.B. Tulegenov. The delegation visited the companies in the territory of SEZ "Seaport Aktau", such as LLP «Arcellor Mittal Tubular Products Aktau», LLP «Production and Logistics Center of Azersun "and LLP« Caspian offshore and marine construction ». During the presentations, the participants of SEZ "Seaport Aktau" acquainted with the activities of their organizations and presented their final development.

The delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran appreciated the scientific, industrial and educational potential of the region and expressed interest in further cooperation.
