The most high-tech enterprise for the production of slabs was launched on the territory of SEZ "Seaport Aktau" in Mangystau region. Performance of the unique equipment allows quickly provide the entire region with quality and completely ready-to-install products for the construction of multi-storey buildings. The cost of a unique project (I stage) - 360 million tenge. Its capacity is 432 000 square meters of concrete products per year. American-made equipment allows producing up to 200 slabs per shift. Due to special mixes, there is no necessary to soar a concrete until completely dry. In just 18 hours, a product is ready for construction.

- We hope that we will get a significant reduction in price of the cost of housing. It is very important. Follow goal - a creation of jobs. Our products must be competitive and people of the region afford to buy.  We believe that this complex will allow local and foreign architects to build a beautiful building, but not home-boxes, which are prevalent in the city, - said Amirzhanov Rakimbek Marshalovich - the Deputy Head of Mangystau region.

According to director of house-building plant, Vyacheslav Tsoi, a preferential tax in SEZ reduces the price of the company's products by 10 percent, leading to a decrease in the cost of housing by 10 percent.

First of all, the plant production is focused on the construction market of Mangistau, subsequently construction materials will be sold not only in Kazakhstan, but also abroad.

LLP  "DSK-Aktau" house-building factory,currently has already provided permanent jobs for 15 people. In the near future, this number will increase up to 80 people in connection with the opening of additional production lines.

In 2017, the plant's management plans to launch a line for the production of exterior and interior wall panels, piles, stairs, beams, basement blocks, reinforced concrete rings for wells and other precast concrete products required for the construction of residential houses.
