Head of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev during his visit to Mangistau region will meet businessmen and public representatives of the region. It was reported in Akorda Twitter. 

‘One of the first free economic zones is operated in Mangistau region. It was established in 2002, while construction of its infrastructure started in 2009 only’ – N.Nazarbayev reminded.

The president highlighted that only 5 projects out registered 31 in SEZ are currently in progress.

‘We should work now on attracting investors’ - N.Nazarbayev.
