A regular administration meeting held in the akimat of Mangystau region under the chairmanship of Akim, Eraly Tugzhanov. Several issues were considered during the meeting.

Talgatbek Bapiyev, Head of the Health Department, reported on the Comprehensive Plan to Combat Cancer Disease.

Based on the results of 5 months (January-May) in 2018, the region has a positive dynamics in all indicators in comparison with the same period in 2017. The dynamics of detectability growth in the region as a whole is 7.8% compared to the same period in 2017 or from 118.8 per 100 thousand population in 2017 to 128.0 in 2018. In absolute terms, the increase is from 319 patients in 2017 to 353 patients in 2018. The dynamics of mortality reduction in the region is 5.5% compared to data for 5 months of 2017 or from 55.5 per 100 thousand population in 2017 to 52.6 in 2018 (indicator for 2018 is 56.6 per 100 thousand population). To solve the problematic issues in 2017 in February this year, the regional headquarters for oncology service was held with the participation of the Director of Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Cancer and Radiation Oncology D. R. Kaydarova defined goals and objectives for 2018, and measures were taken to improve the situation. A working group on oncology for operational management and solving problem issues was organized, including the implementation of screening programs. For example, if 19 patients were identified during the reporting period in 2017, then during the 5 months of 2018 the number of screening cases is more than 48 cases of cancer.

The measures to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving the regulation of entrepreneurial activity were made by the Head of Entrepreneurship and Trade Department, Venera Mustapayeva. The key areas of the law are the reform of state control and supervision; reform of information tools; regulation of mandatory services provided by CEM and quasi-sector; improvement of regulatory impact analysis;

frontal reduction of business costs; the revision of legislation with a view to identifying rules that prevent competition; improving the rating of Doing Business. 101,019 inspections were carried out Ii 2016, in 2017 - 81,659. The total number of inspections against business entities from 2016 was reduced by 19%. The total number of inspections against small and medium-sized businesses from 2016 to 2017 decreased by 11%. The number of unscheduled inspections against small and medium-sized businesses for 5 months of 2018 compared to the same period decreased by 24%.
