The state program "Zhana SERPІN" is becoming more popular on the territory of SEZ "Seaport Aktau" (further – SEZ). It is aimed at providing of manpower for enterprises, participating in SEZ.

Certificate of completion of three-month training courses presented to 15 young professionals. Among them are the residents of Zhanaozen city, Karakiya and Beyneu districts. Currently, graduates are employed at the plant for the production of building materials "Aktau Keramzit" LLP, which is a member of SEZ. 

Parasat Shandiyev, a resident of Beineu district, says: - Three months could not find a job on my own. I arrived to Aktau, was trained under the program "Zhana serpіn". I took a job at the plant "Aktau-Keramzit". As well as, a place in a dorm was provided. I am pleased.
