2001 - Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations, Almaty.

2020 - Caspian University of Engineering Technologies named after Sh . Yesenova, Aktau.

From 1993 to 2013, he worked in various positions in oil companies.

from 2013 to 2015 - Zhanaozen city department of the "PSC" branch of the Mangystau region, head.
