In SEZ Aktau Seaport two new enterprises are opened during the holidays. They are the plant for production of innovative road construction materials and integrated plant of industrial construction. 

- Good morning, Astana. Very festive atmosphere is prevailing here. 40 people received new job today. And 40 more will be hired when the plant will start operating at its full capacity. All Mangistau region residents are happy today as due to activity of this integrated construction plant the price of housing is expected to drop. Experts estimated that up to 100 thousands of square meters per year will be built with the support of the integrated plant. The cost of this so important project for the region is 600 million tenge. 450 million of which are borrowed resources as a part of the program Damu Ondiris 2. The facility has the most advance laboratory where all manufactured products will go through quality control. We will now find out more detailed information from the Director of the integrated construction plant Almaz Satanov.

-   Good afternoon, Almaz Ibragimovich. Please tell us what type of products will be manufactured at your plant and where they will be used.

-   We will produce reinforced metal structures which will be used in construction of all types of building – houses, schools, and kindergartens in accordance with the modern system of house-building. Frame in-situ house building has many advantages such as high speed of construction, free layout and high construction quality since the quality of all products will be monitored at the plant’s laboratory. We will now build our first trial house using the system of reinforced steel structures produced at our plant. Aggregates, cement, crashed stone, sand will be procured locally. Besides that the plant will work all year round since due to the modern frame in-situ house construction so-called “wet” processes are significantly shortened at site thus construction works can proceed almost all year round disregarding weather conditions. We have plans to develop production of construction materials further as they are of high demand in our region; we plan to build a plant for production of expanded light clay aggregate which is now supplied from other regions and to set up production of light clay concrete slabs. Expanded light clay aggregate is ecologically clean construction materials and has many advantages against other construction materials, it is lighter and has lower thermal conductivity. As a result of new production new jobs will be created.

Two of them will be launched by Independence Day. It is the plant for producing fiberglass pipes and complex for production of oil and gas equipment.
